Besides the Valdostan and international specialities described in the "à la carte menu" and the "menu of the day", our Restaurant is renowned for its Grill House, where you can enjoy the best grilled meats and vegetables, cooked before your eyes in the splendid 14th century fireplace. Rich fish menu is served every Friday. For those who prefer the "à la carte menu", we also propose organically farmed food (produced without the use of chemical fertilisers, weed killers and insecticides). In the new dining room, a reproduction of the inside of an old Valdostan “rascard” (chalet), completely lined in antique larch wood but magnificently decorated with friezes and Corinthian capitals made of wood, you can enjoy our specialities: leg of lamb, roebuck and wild boar, as well as other oven roast meats. Piedmontese style mixed boiled meats will be prepared twice a week and served with a range of sauces. Rich selection of wines. Strictly homemade: pasta - bread – desserts.
